today...

today was fun we hiked to the t!!! I felt so out of shape, but then when it was over I was so releved!!!! Then we finished to kill a mocking bird... The book was better!!!! THen we put gauze on our chickens!!!!!!! then wweather today was very good except for at the end of the day!!!! P.s. dont forget silverwood today!!1

today we read some of the book to kill a mocking bird!!! Today we also spent 5 hrs with our reading buddies!! We watched tangle and we also ate lunch with them and then we watched taralyn in the snowwhite play!!! It was really good!! And the day that we were going to go to silverwood we did not go we just rode the bus there and decide that we did not want to go in the freezing weather so we turned around and came back home!! Soooo we wasted most of the day on riding the bus, but the bus rides were very fun!!!

Hey there 6th grade. Is it raining in Troy? What are you all doing with your Spring Vacations?

We are in Missoula. We are supposed to ski up at Montana Snowbowl - which is right outside of Missoula... but it is RAINING... EVIL! It is even supposed to go up to 56 degrees here today - downright HOT.

Just a couple more days and we head to Billings for the Geography Bee!!

Yay, new car and more about the week (monday)

We are at deer park and we got a new car today, i decided not to see "Billy the exterminator" i didn't care if i saw him or not, well he was only there yesturday (Sunday) so then the car, it is maroon and really cool.
it has black leather seats, third row seats, and a dvd player, also a radio/cd player, it is really cool, it isn't a jeep, it is a chevy trail blazer, i keep calling the car a jeep, my brother calls it a lazer. i didn't go to hunt for cars,  but i guess this car is alright, it's a 2006 model, on thurday and friday, i go to schweitzer again, yay, thats it for now BYE!

NYC!!!!

OMG i'm in New York and its a blast cant wait to see you all!!!! Ummm well were staying in the Hamton Inn! Were on the 10th floor i think and the room number is something that I cant remember!!! It is SUPER COLD here and it's windy!!! This is my dinner. I am thinking about this dinner all day long. As I teach math, I think of the cheewy, tasty cheese sticking to my teeth. As I teach reading , I think of the crunchy crust that is my favorite part of eating pizza. While I teach spanish I think of the peperoni that adds just the right flavor to each bite - a perfect contrast with the mild cheese.

I just can’t stop thinking of that gorgeous, delicious, mind numbing pizza that will fill my belly at dinner.

But here’s what happens in real life.

The pizza is sitting on the kitchen table.

I call my family to dinner.

It takes a while so I check email while I wait.

No one is watching the pizza.

NO, that’s not true. Mudge is wactching the pizza.

“Kaboom”.

I look up from the computer. Mudge is standing on the kitchen table. Wagging. Eating. Smiling.

No more pizza for me.

MonTCas Testing THIS WEEK!

Just a reimnder:
Our class will be taking the annual MontCas tests this week on TUESDAY - WEDNESDAY - THURSDAY and FRIDAY mornings from approximately 9am - 11:45 am. We will break for recess and snack in the middle of that block.
Just a few things that will help make the week (and tests)go smoothly....
* Please be at school this week... if at all possible! If you can't be there, please let me know ahead of time so I can schedule a make-up test for you.
* Get a good nights rest. SLEEP! It is important! Sleep is when your brain grows! (I don't know if that is really true.... but it sounds feasible!)
* Eat BREAKFAST! It makes a bigger difference than you would possible believe. (this one I know to be FACT)

It will be over before you know it. You are all prepared for this. I KNOW you will do your best!

P.S. I owe you a READ ALL DAY day the following week! Let's get it on the schedule!!!
