FUNDRAISING UPDATE!

Our 1st official Silverwood Bakesale was a success today - netting about $55!  Good job.... for a warm up.  

We've scheduled the following events as well - 

1. bake sales the next two Tuesdays
2. selling concessions at the elementary track meet (May 14)
3. car wash THIS saturday at the bank!

Today we found out we are going to SILVERWOOD on MAY 20th - YAY!! Now we need to raise some money to help pay for it! We had free time for structured fitness after running 2 laps - most of the boys played football/crush the carrier.
At the end of the day we got starburst for telling Ms. Chanin she is "nice" and cleaning the floor.... great bribery, eh???
We are making plans to check the lakes and water for pollution around Troy.... wonder what we'll find???? Stay tuned for details!

Today is Earth Day! And as a result, we had to pick up trash. The whole school picked up trash. Are class went on the other side of the railroad tracks. We had to take a test on the computer today. We didn't print so we could save paper.

Today was Ricky's birthday. After lunch we had cupcakes, wich cut into our Math time... YAY!!! After our last recess we started to work on our class mural for Earth Day. The mural was made up of thirty-six pages, so we all had to do a part. All in all, it was pretty fun.
